Industrieverband Veredlung – Garne – Gewebe Techische Textilien e.V. (herein after called „IVGT“) provides to the user information regarding its activity as an association as well as databases. The use of these databases does not require any registration of the user and is free of charge.

Copyright:

The use is only permitted for research purposes of the user. The databases are protected as copyright works and as databases under copyright law. The Suppliers Guide is the intellectual property of the service company of IVGT, TreuTex GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 55, D-60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The textile database is the intellectual property of IVGT. Any use other than researching producers, and products in particular the copying of the structure of the databases is prohibited.

Use of the databases:

Users may within the framework of these conditions of use read the information contained in the databases electronically and may print a copy thereof. Any other measures, in particular the automatic search of scripts or circumvention of the search frame via search software is not permitted.

The user is not entitled to use the data researched completely, partly or as an excerpt to construct his own database or for commercial information purposes of third parties or any other commercial purpose. The user is not allowed to link the databases or single elements thereof with other databases via links, integration measures or in any other way.

Information on liability:

The databases contain only data and information of members of IVGT (textile database) or the branch Associations of the textile industry (Suppliers Guide) FachTex. The data contained in the databases are provided by the members of IVGT (textile database) or of the FachTex-Cooperation (Suppliers Guide) themselves or are within the textile database of IVGT installed by the members themselves. IVGT has no influence what so ever and therefore does not accept any liability for the correctness and the content of these data.

To the extent IVGT remains liable the user by using the website accepts that the liability is agreed as follows:

IVGT is only liable for intent and gross negligence as well as in the case of a guaranty for its own faults as well as the faults of persons acting on behalf of IVGT (“vicarious agent”) without any limitations. The liability is unlimited also for the same group of persons if in the case of negligence the life, the body or the health of the user is harmed. The same holds true in the case of the violation of essential contractual obligations.  In all other cases of violations of obligations by minor negligence the liability is limited to typical damages to be expected by a violation of duties causing material damage or economic damage. Any other liability for damages is excluded with the exception of claims under the product liability law.

IVGT does not accept any liability for the content of webpages of third parties, which are connected via links available on the IVGT webpages. Responsibility is exclusively with the operator of the webpages, which can be reached via such a link. IVGT expressly declares that it does not endorse the content of these webpages in any way.

Data protection:

The user can use the IVGT website without any indication of personal data and information. During this anonymous use the computer system of IVGT stores data unrelated to any person, i.e. the time of the request for information, the website previously visited, the IP-address of the computer used as well as the type and version of the operating system and the browser used.
The above mentioned data cannot be used to identify a specific person. Furthermore, IVGT advise that the IVGT website does use cookies for the correct identification of the user, in particular session cookies.
