Cotton

The Association represents the interests of cotton yarn manufacturers at the
Bremen Cotton Exchange; internationally it represents the German textile
industry as a processor of cotton in the ITMF and as an NGO in the ICAC.

Moreover, it represents the interests of the German cotton spinning and
weaving mills in the EU through Eurocoton (Committee of the Cotton and
allied Textile Industries of the E.C.).

Linen

For many years there has been a cooperation with the linen association
for linen weaving mills.

Wool

The wool trade and the wool spinning mills are represented in the
Vereinigung des Wollhandels (Association of the Wool Trade) and the
Deutsche Wollvereinigung (The German Wool Federation). Internationally
the Deutsche Wollvereinigung is a member of the IWTO. The interests of the
wool industry are represented in the EU through Interlaine.
